My name is Justin Shanholtzer. I've been in sales nearly my whole life, and like many of you I dealt with a lot of struggles over the years while building my career. I was tired of working long hours, I was worried about my next paycheck, I was discouraged because of all the rejection I faced on a daily basis, and I was frustrated because I wasn't getting the results I was looking for.

In fact, there were many times I questioned if this profession was really the right thing for me. I'm glad I never gave up...

After spending years researching some of the most successful sales/business people in the world, I found a common theme amongst all of the elites. 

I applied their principles to my own life and I started seeing a huge difference quickly.

Eventually it enabled me to become the top producing salesperson at my dealership for half a decade, the #1 in my tri-state are. I set multiple dealerships records, and was recognized as the top 1% within my industry. 

Now I help other salespeople achieve their goals by teaching them the same techniques and habits that worked for me so they can have more fulfillment in their life, have more fun, and make more money.
